SHIPPING

All of the prices displayed on the site are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK. If the delivery is to outside of this area, please get in touch to obtain a quote.

We professionally pack pieces in house and ship using either Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or Fedex depending on the size of the item. For movement larger pieces we use several independent couriers who all use a blanketed, insured service. 

Once payment is received all items are dispatched within 5 working days.

Of course, items can be collected from the studio - please contact to arrange.

 

Returns

I'm sure you'll be happy with the pieces purchased. However, where necessary there is a full refund policy in place. Please inform me via e-mail or telephone within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

Returned stock must be delivered to the studio within 14 days, in the same condition it left. It's recommended that the appropriate insurance is taken out prior to transit. Once the goods have arrived back with me they will be inspected and if all is well, the refund will be issued immediately. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

Please note the right is reserved to refuse a refund on any items purchased in a sale or sold with a discount of greater than 10%.
